What methodology do you use to Teach English?
The methodology used for this English language program combines Comprehensible Input and Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling (TPRS).
Comprehensible Input focuses on providing learners with language content that is slightly above their current proficiency level, ensuring they can understand it through context, visuals, and support. This method prioritizes natural language acquisition by immersing students in meaningful communication.
TPRS enhances this by using engaging stories and interactive storytelling techniques to help learners internalize grammar and vocabulary in context. Through repetition, personalization, and active participation, TPRS ensures students acquire language in a fun, low-stress environment, promoting long-term retention and fluency. Together, these methods create a dynamic, student-centered approach to language learning.
Can anyone Join the advanced conversation classes?
Yes! In fact we strongly encourage beginners to join those conversation classes because by doing so you pick up on the rhythm and flow of the language. Even you dont speak at all, you will develop an ear for the language which will help you greatly in the long run.

With 20 + years experience as an ESL instructor artound the world, TJ has taught in the deserts of Arabia, the savannahs of Africa , In Asia, and in the middle of war zones in Iraq and Afghanistan. Infusing humor and a relational style, TJ is able to put any learner at ease and give them plenty of practice to gain confidence.
